FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

WHEN ARE THE MEETINGS? Bi-monthly meetings are held the 1st Wednesday and the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. CST. Meetings last 1 hour or longer depending on interaction/questions. Live meetings will be via a platform called SESSIONS with replays posted in the private FB group.

WILL MEETINGS BE RECORDED? Yes, with replays available in the private FB group. ALL past recordings since inception are also available there.

DO I NEED TO BE A FACEBOOK USER? Not necessarily. If you are not comfortable with FB, the live meetings will be held via a platform called Sessions. Having a FB profile will give you the ability to interact with our community in the private FB group as well as watch the replays.

ARE REFUNDS OFFERED?

For the MONTHLY plan: You have the ability to cancel by written email notification. We require 10 days notice prior to the beginning of the month to cancel for the next month. Refunds cannot be given for the current month.

For the YEARLY plan: Your membership will stay active until your next billing cycle. Please make note of when that is and send us an email 10 days prior to cancel it before it renews.

Meet Michele Thill, FMCHC, NBC-HWC:

 A Journey Rooted in Experience

It was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2014 my life as I knew it blew up. My husband, who I had been with for 29 years, left. I had been a stay-at-home mom with two children moving into adulthood. And had just reentered the workforce, part-time, trying to figure out where my life was going to take me next.

And it took me down a path that I had never imagined…

I never had to support myself – I never even lived on my own. I was now forced to move into a NEW role.
One I never expected…

When life happens – shift happens – if you choose.

I vowed to find peace among the broken pieces. The day my old life ended, as sad, scared and confused as I was – my NEW life began.

I started the journey of creating my NEW normal.

When March of 2020 happened, life as we knew changed. The world began its shift and we all had to start
living a NEW normal. These times have brought such uncertainty, confusion, division, hate and incredible
amounts of stress. It’s brought out the best in some and more often the worst in others.

What I went through in 2014 has really helped me to navigate what we are going through since 2020. I
created NEW habits and routines for myself then – that work now to reduce stress and bring in peace. To
live in a place of wellness and well-being.

I know what it’s like to be overweight. To be sick a lot. To have little to no energy. To not feel good and not feel much self-worth.

I didn’t want to continue to live this way. – I felt there was something more.

I started doing research and I learned from experts in their field. I applied what I learned and saw the
change in myself. I started to share it with others. I invested in a 12 month online educational program
through FMCA and became certified as a Functional Medicine Health Coach. I went to the next level and
became a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I am also a trained specialist in The Foundations of
Women Centered Coaching.

I had a vision to create a business, NEWLAND WELLNESS, and a membership community NEW BE
and fill it with like minded people who wanted to become more self-aware and realize their full potential.

I know firsthand that it is possible to make the second half of life the best half. To live in wellness with
better health and have a sense of overall well-being.
