NEWLAND WELLNESS was created for this season of life – when everything looks different than it once did and you find yourself asking, What do I want now?
After years of caring for others, holding roles and doing what was expected, many women arrive here feeling disconnected from themselves… unsure where they fit in anymore, yet sensing there is more meant for them.
At the heart of NEWLAND WELLNESS is my BE WELL approach using Holistic Self Care:
caring for your whole self – body, mind and soul – in a way that truly supports who you are now becoming.
- Body: Nourishing your physical health through movement, nutrition, rest and mindful practices that strengthen and restore you.
- Mind: Tending to your thoughts, emotions, and mindset – learning to quiet self-doubt, shift old patterns and cultivate clarity and calm.
- Soul: Listening to your inner voice, honoring your feelings and reconnecting with what brings meaning, joy and purpose into your life.
This isn’t about perfection, pressure or doing more. It’s about making small, intentional choices every day that help you feel grounded, empowered and at peace, especially when the life you’ve known is changing.
It’s the foundation for reconnecting with yourself, stepping into your next chapter with confidence and creating a life that feels truly aligned with who you are now.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to yourself.
It’s a daily practice – small moments of awareness, care and choice that help you rebuild trust in yourself and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are today.
One message I’ve shared for years and continue to stand by is:
You have more control over how you experience your life than you have been led to believe.
Many women were never taught that they could tapinto their inner power – or that it even existed within them in the first place.
And even if it doesn’t feel that way right now, that ability is there – available to you as you begin making small, intentional shifts in how you care for your body, your mindset – and your world.
Through those small, meaningful choices, you can reconnect with yourself and move in ways that feel more aligned and begin creating a deeper sense of peace which stems from within.
NEWLAND WELLNESS is meant to be:
A place where you can exhale and feel understood
A source of guidance, encouragement and honest conversation
A supportive space to explore what’s next – at your own pace
A community where strength is rediscovered from the inside out
Because this chapter isn’t about starting over – it’s about stepping into a life that finally has space for you.
My intention is that here, you begin to see yourself differently – not as someone lost or behind, but as someone standing at the threshold of a life that can feel more peaceful, meaningful and in alignment with who you are now.
You might be wondering how this work came to be – and why it is so personal to me.
The truth is, NEWLAND WELLNESS didn’t begin as a business idea. It grew out of my own season of change… a time when life looked very different than I ever expected and I found myself asking many of the same questions you may be asking now.
What unfolded during that chapter shaped not only how I live today – but how I walk alongside the women I now support.

Meet MICHELE

When life shifts, everything can feel uncertain – it also opens the door to something new – if you choose. My own journey began when my life changed in ways I could never have predicted. After 29 years with my “soul mate,” I found myself navigating life on my own for the first time.
My children were moving into adulthood, I was reentering the workforce part-time and suddenly, I had to figure out who I was – and how I wanted to live this next chapter.
I had never supported myself or lived on my own and I quickly realized the life I had known wasn’t coming back. I was forced to step into a new role – one that required me to rely on myself, trust my instincts and create a life that truly reflected who I now wanted to be.
Through that experience, I discovered the power of practical, holistic self-care – tools and practices that supported my body, my mind and my spirit. Over time, these became what I now call my BE WELL approach, a framework I use to help women navigate their own life transitions with clarity, confidence and compassion.
I know firsthand what it’s like to feel uncertain, alone, afraid – and I also know the courage it takes to move forward. I realized that so many women are walking a similar path, searching for direction, self-trust and a life that feels more aligned with who they are now.
That vision inspired me to create NEWLAND WELLNESS and our membership community, NEW BE, a space for women to reconnect with themselves, explore what’s next and step into a NEW way to BE.
My work helping women grow and transform began years earlier, during my time as one of the top leaders for Weight Watchers (WW). While people wanted to lose weight, I discovered that what they really needed was to love themselves.
Leading meetings, I guided them beyond the “how” of the program into the deeper work -uncovering the self-sabotage, the limiting beliefs and the inner blocks that kept them from thriving.
That experience sparked my desire to go deeper myself.
I completed a 12-month program with the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA), in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), becoming a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. I also hold Board Certification as a Health & Wellness Coach through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), and am trained specialist in the Foundations of Women-Centered Coaching.
